Wallace James “Steve” Stevenson III, 78, passed away on July 17, 2019. He was born on April 6, 1941 in Dallas, Texas to the home of Wallace James Stevenson, Jr. and wife Gertrude Valentine Stevenson.
Steve loved to watch all the old westerns on TV. TV Land was his favorite channel. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and hunted a lot in New Mexico. In his younger years, he enjoyed hot rods and racing, and was on a drag racing team. Steve was very likeable, and made friends easily.
He is survived by his wife Debi Derrick Stevenson; son Wes Stevenson; daughters Misty Pressley, Wende Stevenson Gross and husband Aaron; grandchildren Morgan Ramirez, McKenna Pressley, and Murphy Pressley.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents.
