Thomas Lane Russell

Thomas Lane Russell, 35, passed away on October 23, 2021.  He was born on August 2, 1986, in Athens, Texas, to parents Bobby Eugene Russell and Laura Lee Perry Russell.

Lane loved to entertain; he was always planning the next big family meal and get- together.  He often commented how much he loved his family.  He loved to joke and laugh with everyone and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Laura Lee Russell; siblings Laurel Kay Hoff, Monica Ozman, Amanda Fox and husband Arturo Alvarez, Charles Gallardo and wife Denise, and Amber Fox.

Lane is preceded in death by his father, Bobbie Eugene Russell.

Bro. Ed Shauer, with the First Church of the Nazarene in Gun Barrel City, Texas, will officiate for the Russell family.
