Tammy Marie Martinez

Tammy Marie Martinez, 51, passed away on January 27, 2022.  She was born on September 19, 1970, in Silver City, Texas, to parents Robert O’pry and Trenia Gonzales Tittle O’Pry.

Tammy was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt.  She was also known as NANA to her many grandchildren.  She was a dedicated nurse who worked hard to further her education to provide the best possible care to her patients.  In 2018, she completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.  She just received a plaque from UTMB for giving them 15 years of valued service.  Her husband, children, grandchildren, the rest of her family and loved ones will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her father Robert O’pry; her husband of 18 years, Jose Luis Martinez; children Maria Mcevoy and husband Thomas, Jessica Martinez and husband Rodrigo, Heather Beck and husband Weston, Tabitha Beauchamp and husband Charles, and Kasey Beauchamp; grandchildren Isabella, Alyssa, Gabriel, Damian, Christian, Hayden, Abel, Abbigail, Gracie, and Jack; brother John O’pry and wife Ana; nephews Jeremiah and Patrick; and niece Madison.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother Trenia Gonzales O’Pry.

Senior Pastor Barry Boatright, with Christian Life Center in Gun Barrel City, Texas, will officiate for the Martinez family.
