Roger Lee Clemons

Roger Lee Clemons, 80, passed away on January 7, 2021, due to complications after suffering a heart attack.  He was born on June 23, 1940, in Denver, Colorado.

He served in the US Navy for 19 years retiring on October 15, 1976.  He also retired from KC Aviation in Dallas, Texas.  He will be remembered by his family and friends for his lifelong impact he made on our lives and the unconditional and great love he shared, and a presence that will never be forgotten.

Roger is survived by his wife of 8 ½ years, Blanch Clemons; children Lavonda Clemons-Wilson, Bruce Damon Clemons and wife Anna, and Carolyn Mechelle Wise; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild;  brother Bruce David Hughes; sister Lois Reddington.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ralph Clemons and Hannah Hughes; son Earnest Lee Clemons; brothers Burt Clemons and Butch Clemons; first wife of 46 years, Ruth Clemons.
