Richard Wayne Bell passed away at his home in Eustace, Texas with his family by his side. He was born June 23, 1955 in Corsicana, Texas to Elmer & Helen Priekett Bell. Wayne, as most of his family and friends called him married his best friend Mona Banefield Bell. Wayne has 2 daughters; Crystal Hail and her husband Michael & Tera Akin. The twinkle in Wayne’s eye was the love that he has for his 5 grandchildren and 1 great grand baby.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents Elmer & Helen Priekett Bell and his brother Amos White.
