Norman (Roy) Leroy Lehman, Jr., 41, passed away on November 10, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on June 9, 1984, to parents Norman Leroy Lehman, Sr. and Sylvia Jean Rudolph.

Norman graduated from Bryant High School in Arkansas before continuing his education with an associates degree in Criminal Justice at Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas. His pursuit of knowledge and skills was matched only by his dedication to service, as he proudly served in the military as a Sergeant in the Airborne 101, with the 96th Aviation Support Battalion and 101st Combat Aviation Brigade during Operation Iraqi Freedom. A dedicated individual, Roy wore many hats throughout his life—serving as a certified electrical apprentice and owner of Home Construction and Renovation LLC, while also honing his skills as an auto mechanic.

Norman a man of many interests, Roy found joy in fishing and hunting, but his true passion lay in building up others, especially within the framework of his faith. He was known for his kind heart and the way he fixed his eyes on loving others, making a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Norman leaves behind a legacy of hard work, service, and compassion that will be remembered fondly by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Norman is preceded in death by his father, Norman Lehman, Sr.; and grandfather, Willard Lehman, Sr.

Norman is survived by his wife, Debbi Reodica-Lehman of Eustace, Texas; mother, Sylvia Rudolph of Weatherford, Texas; sister, Candis Ivy and Laddie of Merkel, Texas; brother, James Bearden and wife Stacy of Little Rock, Arkansas; sister, Yalinda Bearden of Benton, Arkansas; sister, Rita Lehman of Alexander, Arkansas; four nephews; three nieces; numerous aunts, and uncles; as well as other family, friends, and loved ones.
