Neoma Whitman Gilbert 76 was born August 4, 1935 in Dallas, Texas to the home of Joseph L. Spillman and Emma Allice Theall Spillman and passed away December 18, 2011in Tyler, Texas. Left to cherish her memory are granddaughters Misty Nichols and her fiancAC.e Michael Biggs, Stacy Scrimshire and her husband Kevin, great grandson Gavin Scrimshire, son in law Nick Nichols, numerous other familf members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband John Wesley "J.W." Gilbert, daughter Jenny Nichols and a sister Patsy Davis.
