Nathan Lynn Lambert

October 24, 2005 — December 30, 2020

Nathan Lynn Lambert, 15, passed away on December 30, 2020.  He was born on October 24, 2005, in Mesquite, Texas, to Nathan Craig Lambert and Regena Featherstone.

Nathan was an 8th grade student at Kemp Alternative School.  He liked bull riding, and he and his dad attended every open rodeo they could for him to compete.  His hobbies included hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and 4 wheelers, shooting pool, and swimming in the old creek.  He loved working on big trucks; he could build a motor when he was just ten years old. Like most teenagers, Nathan liked to cut up and have fun.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by brothers Christopher Dewayne McLauthlyn and wife Brenda, Timothy Hubbard, Dillon Lambert and wife Jessica, and Jacob Scott and wife Brittany; sisters Stormie Campbell and husband Byron; grandparents Terry Shaw, Laquita Shaw, and Virginia Featherstone; uncles Charles Featherstone, Arthur Allen, L.B. Davis, Danny Daniels, and Ray Daniels; aunts Leslie Huddelston, Wendy Lambert, Pamela Allen, Lori Ashton, Felicia Greene, and Teresa Loftis; great-aunts Cresa Davis and Pat Gatlin; and numerous cousins and friends.

Nathan is preceded in death by grandfathers Frederick Featherstone, William Douglas Lambert, Danny Rice, and Phillip Bow; great-grandmother Virginia Davis.

Bro. Cory Smith with the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Eustace, Texas, will officiate for the Lambert family.
