Melva Joanne Richards

Melva Joanne Richards, 70, passed away on February 9, 2021.  She was born on August 5, 1950, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Joanne was an unconditional loving wife and mother.  She was kind-hearted and nurturing.  She loved children and animals and was always drawn to them.  She had a unique way about her.  Her personality was humorous, lively, and caring.  She enjoyed music, crafting, holidays, and family.  She will be greatly missed by her loved ones.

Joanne is survived by her husband Al Richards; children Joshua Glasco and wife Amber, Jolinda Glasco, Galen Richards and wife Jennifer; grandchildren Emily Richards and Gabriella Richards.

She is preceded in death by her parents E.F. Bearden and Betty Bearden; son Jason Glasco; brother Calvin Padgett.

J. T. Hilyer, First Baptist Church, Carrollton, Texas, will officiate for the Richards family.
