Linda Lou McBride

Linda Lou McBride, 68, passed away on January 24, 2022.  She was born on November 18, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, to parents Richard Tadlock and Annie Carter Tadlock.

Linda enjoyed reading and hollering at Bear.  She loved to go to the deer lease.  She still owes Johnathan 5 dollars.  She enjoyed fishing with her grandkids, although she wouldn’t touch the fish. She liked to watch fireworks.  She loved her fried taters, beans, and cornbread.  She always made her love known to everyone.  Most of all, she loved being around her family and her grandkids.  Linda will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by daughters Stacy Shiflet and Amanda McBride and her husband Edward Reynolds; grandchildren Gary Anderson, Jr., Milton Anderson, Coby Shiflet and wife Kristin, Morgan Shiflet and husband Landon, Breanna Shiflet and husband Steven, Johnathan Jaramillo, Joshua Reynolds and wife Brandy, and Jacob Reynolds; great-grandchildren MaKenna Gryder, Johnson Gryder, Cayleigh Shiflet, Colt Irvin, and Canden Irvin; brothers Jerry Tadlock and Bud Tadlock; sisters Carolyn Reynolds and husband Wayne, Nancy Reynolds, and Sandra Cuevas; and Bear, her beloved Pomeranian.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 53 years, Milton McBride; daughter Gidget Anderson; brothers Rick Tadlock and Tommy Tadlock; and sister Patricia Downs.

Pastor Keith Williams with Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Eustace, Texas, will officiate for the McBride family.

Pallbearers are Gary Anderson, Jr., Milton Anderson, Coby Shiflet, Johnathan Jaramillo, Joshua Reynolds, and Jacob Reynolds.
