Kathy Corinne Plant

Kathy Corinne Plant, 68, passed away on November 20, 2021, in Plano, Texas.  She was born on September 23, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, to parents Joe Brown and Edna Marie Goodwin Brown.

Kathy selflessly loved her family.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the boats (especially with her best friend and mother-in-law), and spending time with family and friends.  She was a very patriotic American; she served her community for years as the Assistant Chief of the Tool Volunteer Fire Department and as a fire fighter with the Seven Points VFD.  Kathy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Travis Plant; mother Edna Marie Brown; children April Dokey and husband Terry and Raymond Wennerstrom and wife Mary; grandchildren Felicia Goff, Corynn Hodges, Cameron Boren, Kaylee Boren, and Trinity Wennerstrom; nine great-grandchildren; brother James Brown; and sister Laura Mitchell.

Kathy is preceded in death by her father Joe Brown; brother Michael Brown; and in-laws Travis and Darlene Plant.

Pastor Joe Mendez will officiate for the Plant family.
