Johnny Lee Barton

Johnny Lee Barton 72, passed away on March 14, 2023, in Dallas, TX. He was born on October 23, 1950, in Shreveport LA, to parents Felix and Mary (Guidry) Barton.

Johnny loved people and was a very sociable person. Laughing and making people laugh was a hobby he was well experienced at. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends. Johnny loved the outdoors, fishing, and the water.

Johnny is preceded by, his parents Felix and Mary (Guidry) Barton, his wife Shirley Barton, and brother, Ronnie Barton.

Johnny is survived by his daughter, Amy Barton of Gun Barrel City, TX; son, John David Barton, of Gun Barrel City, TX; granddaughter, Baylee Miller of Gun Barrel City, TX; granddaughter, Macy Miller of Gun Barrel City, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Floyd Tarlton of Mabank, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Ben Stone of Mabank, TX, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and lots of friends.
