Jesse Dee Petton

Jesse Dee Petton, 68, passed away on February 25, 2022.  He was born on July 30, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, to parents Paul Raymond Petton and Edith Ina Case Petton.

Jesse was one-of-a-kind and a jack-of-all-trades.  He was the “Maintenance Man.”  He often said, “I work for food.”  His passions were his yard, NASCAR races, and his virtual golf he played with long-time friends.  Jesse loved to fish and hunt.  He had a strong love for his family and his coffee and was unsure which one he loved more.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Billy Wayne Petton; siblings Michael Petton, Edith Anne Ney and husband J.W., Kathy Lynch and husband James and Edward Petton and fiancé Kimberly Woods; uncle LeRoy Case and wife Terri; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family and friends.

Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marilyn Sue Petton, and sister-in-law Joann Petton.
