James L. Ellsworth, 67 was born in Sioux City, IA to Donald L. Ellsworth, and June R. Bueke Ellsworth, and passed away on July 11, 2014, James married Trudi J. Ellsworth on April 26, 1966. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, mother June R. Ellsworth, son James C. Ellsworth, daughter Janelle L. Raymond and husband Ronnie, brothers Donald W. Ellsworth, Michael W. Ellsworth, and Thomas J. Ellsworth, grandchildren, Tom, Carly, Deric, and Eric, greatgrandchildren Jemma, Kynlee, Slayden, and Kaylie. He is preceded in death by his father Donald L. Ellsworth, brother Joseph A. Ellsworth, and sister Mary J. Ofert. He will be missed by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, he was truly an amazing husband, dad, pa, and friend.
