Harley Lee Franks born in Dallas, TX September 28, 1949 to the home of Harvey Lee Franks and Margaret Fay Lollor Franks passed away August 21, 2010. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 41 years Bettie Franks, children Cassandra Dixson and her husband Kenneth, Harley Franks Jr., granddaughter Hollie Hardaway, other family members and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and a sister. Arrangements are under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home of Gun Barrel City.
