Gladys Ratliff

Gladys Joy Ratliff born December 22, 1924 in Hope, Arkansas to the home of Andrew Marshall Bean and Cora Mae Lugg Bean passed away February 3, 2010 at her home in Gun Barrel City, Texas with her family at her side. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 65 years Waymon Ratliff, Sharon Sanders and her husband Junior of Conroe, TX, Dalorse Burns and her husband Jerry of Livingston, TX, Judy Egan and her husband Jim of Arlington, TX. Bobby Ratliff and his wife Janet of Gun Barrel City, TX, William Ratliff and his wife Mary of Mesquite, TX, Kowana Ratliff, brothers Les Bean, Doug Bean, sisters Helen Owens, Francis Rangle, 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, numerous other loving family members and many friends. Gladys was preceded in death by a daughter Carolyn Sue Krone, brother Alan Bean, mother Cora Lugg Ratliff, and father Andrew Bean. Funeral services were Saturday February 6, 2010 at the Moorhead-Epps Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Mickey Krone. Burial was in Cedar Creek Memorial Park under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home of Gun Barrel City. Pallbearers were Cameron Kile, Alex Krone, Oran Howard, Jimmy Howard, Billy Ray Ratliff, Nathan Buchanan, Terry Burns, Bobby Ratliff.
