Dwayne Crowhurst

Dwayne Crowhurst, 81, passed away on May 16, 2022. He was born on July 10, 1940, in Waller, Texas, to parents Ernest John Crowhurst and Thelma Bragg Crowhurst.

Dwayne was a US Navy veteran.  He worked for Payless Cashways for 16 ½ years, and the guard shack at Groom & Sons for 11 years.  He moved to the Cedar Creek area in 1999.  His hobbies were building, woodworking, and he raised rabbits. Dwayne will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dwayne is survived by his wife of 42 years Gloria Crowhurst; sons Terry Crowhurst, Jerry Wilcox and wife Jeanene, James Crowhurst, and David Crowhurst; seven grandchildren; brother Gerald Crowhurst; and sister Debera Owens.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry Crowhurst, and daughter Seba Meyers.
