Dorothea Puckett

Dorothea Puckett, 84, was born on February 11, 1926 in Biardstown, TX to the home of A. G. Terry and Mattie Bailey Terry; passed away on October 30, 2010 in Athens, TX. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Diana Springer and husband Jerry, of Lake City, Colorado; grandchildren Denise McKee and husband Mark of Germantown, TX and Kelly Bankhead and husband Scott of Asheboro, NC and 5 grandchildren and her church family at Main Street Pentecostal Church.. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters Alma, Becky, A.G., Joe Ben and Euthema. Funeral services were November 2, 2010 at Main Street Pentecostal Church in Gun Barrel City with Rev. Tim Weatheread officiating. Burial was in Sparkman-Hillcrest Memorial Park in Dallas, TX. under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home of Gun Barrel City.
