Dennis Edward Peyton

Dennis Edward Peyton, 84, of Gun Barrel City, TX passed away on June 4, 2019.  He was born on October 1, 1934 to the home of  Ruby Leathers.

He was a gun and knife collector, and loved fishing.  He was a proud Marine who served in the Korean War.   He owned his own company, Dennis Peyton Concrete Constructors, for over 50 years.

Dennis is survived by his wife Sylvia; children Lisa Lueck, Cindy Jinkins and husband Richard, Kimberly Pratt, Keith Holmes, and Kenneth Holmes and wife Betty; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his mother Ruby, father Arthur Ross, and other family members.

Kenneth Bell with the Church of Christ in Styx will be officiating for the Peyton family.
