Clifford Pipes

Clifford Earl Pipes, 90, passed away on October 18, 2020.  He was born on June 18, 1930, in Dallas, Texas, to Claude Abner and Charels Ethel Pipes.

He served in the US Army and was a Korean War Veteran.  He worked for Point to Point Global Security, Inc. on TXU’s Forest Grove property for 20 years as a security guard and retired from General Battery in Dallas, Texas.  Clifford was a life member of Odd Fellows and a member of the VFW and American Legion Post 310.  He loved music and played the guitar and piano.

He is survived by his children Deborah Pipes, Darwin Pipes, Ricky Edward, Darlene Jones, Diane Green; stepchildren Charles Wayne Scott and Lydia Green; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Clifford is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 57 years Patricia Pipes; brother Clarence Pipes.
