Cheryl Ann Walker

Cheryl Ann Walker, 66, passed away on February 23, 2023, in Gun Barrel City, TX. She was born on January 16, 1957, in Dallas, TX, to parents Harvey and Nannie (Moore) Meeks.

Cheryl went back to school later in life to get her high school diploma, followed by becoming a licensed nail technician. She loved doing crafts, and loved jewelry, crocheting, playing card and board games every Friday with family and friends. Her favorite games were Wahoo and Farkle. Cheryl was big-hearted, would help anyone out if she could. She always told you what she thought rather you wanted to hear it or not. She was madly in love with Sean Connery. Cheryl was a character.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey, and Nannie (Moore) Meeks, and sister, Paula Hogan.

Cheryl is survived by her sons, James Moseley of Midlothian TX; Daniel Moseley of Athens, TX; Richard Walker, of Dallas, TX; daughter, Rachelle Walker of Kemp, TX, grandchildren, Michael, Travis, Christian, Ginger, and Bryan, brothers, Robert Meeks of Arlington, TX; David Meeks, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Harvey Meeks, of Canton, TX; sisters, Sirrena English, of Balch Springs, TX; and Denise Fretwell of Union, Missouri.
