Charles Lewis Ptaszek 66, was born March 9, 1945 in Belton, Texas to the home of Leo Frank Ptaszek and Noma Louise Green Ptaszek and passed away April 16, 2011. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Noma Bartz, son Charles "Charlie Ptaszek, niece Kay Coffey, special friend Janice Haney amd Alva Ferguson, numerous other family members and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Leo Ptaszek and his wife Elizabeth Ptaszek.
