Carla Sue Tigert

Carla Sue Tigert, 64, passed away on July 18, 2021.  She was born on October 31, 1956, in Dallas, Texas, to Charles and Peggy Short.

She was a dedicated hairstylist since age 17.  She became a shop owner and made lots of friendships throughout her career.  She had a caring heart and loved her family.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by daughters Ashlee Grogan and husband Patrick, and Rainy McClure; grandchildren Login Grogan, Preston Grogan, Sawyer Grogan, Brody McClure, Chance McClure, and Victoria McClure; sisters Lisa Peterson and Melanie Toomey and husband Tim; nephews Brett Peterson and Chad Peterson.

Carla is preceded in death by her parents.

Bro. Ed Shauer with First Church of the Nazarene in Gun Barrel City, Texas, will officiate for the Tigert family.
