Calvin Monroe Patterson 49 was born January 2, 1962 in Athens, Texas to the home of Jackie Monroe Patterson and Joyce Elaine Rogers Patterson and passed away July 7, 2011. He worked for the City Of Athens for any years in the Water Department as a crew leader in line maintenance. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 22 years Teresa Patterson, daughters Jackie Pierson and her husband William, Chelsea Patterson, Reba Patterson, parents Monroe and Joyce Patterson, sisters Carolyn Miller and her husband Jerry "Peewee", Treasa Gail Fry and her husband Jerry, Jacquelyn "Jackie" Miles and her husband Ronnie, grandchildren Daylon Pierson, Wyatt Pierson, Maliea Pierson, Makayla Regan, Ashlynn Regan, numerous other nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends. Pall bearers are William Pierson, John Sparkman, Johnny Jones, Peewee Miller, Jerry Fry, Larry Knight, and Daylon Pierson. The family will receive friends Sunday July 10, 2011 2:00 until 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM July 11, 2011 at the Moorhead Epps Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allen Hobgood officiating. Burial will be in the Payne Cemetery in Eustace, TX.
