Billy Ray Parker

Billy Ray Parker, 67, passed away on December 10, 2022.  He was born on November 26, 1955, in Dallas, Texas.

He was an amazing Dad, Papa, Great-Papa, Brother, and Uncle. He loved his family more than anything, no words can describe properly. He enjoyed riding his Harley ever since I can remember. He had an awesome sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. He loved his Cossack family and was beyond proud to be a member of such an amazing NATION of badass brothers. He passed in a place of happiness and wouldn't have had it any other way.

Billy is survived by daughter NeCole Grimes and husband Billy, sons Billy Jack Parker and Danial Parker; grandchildren Britne Jaco, Jeremy Jaco, Sydney Grimes, Katelynn Donnell, Marlee Parker, Maylee Parker, Lylee Parker, and Augusta Parker; great-grandchildren Jeremiah Jaco, Memphis Jaco, Jameson Jaco, Skyla Oatis, Kynlee Franko, Madilyn Reading, Dominic Reading, and Jace McCoully; sister Debra Gill and husband Donnie; and niece Elena Kushmaul.

He is preceded in death by his mother Syblie Raye Murphy, and great-grandson Luka Shore.
