Becky Lea Kay

Becky Lea Kay was born on July 31, 1959 to the home of Vernon Dale and Wanda Lee Mundy, and left this world on August 24, 2019.

She loved nature and all animals.  She enjoyed watching and feeding the wild birds.  She had a “green thumb” and always enjoyed having beautiful potted plants inside and outside her home.  Becky was a member of First United Methodist Church in Mabank, Texas and was involved in church activities.

Becky is survived by her loving husband of 25 years Kenneth Kay; beautiful sons Clifton Gregg, Daniel Gregg, Nicholas Kay, and Joshua Kay; precious grandchildren Hayden Gregg, Kinsler Gregg, Noah Kay, and Hannah Kay; brother Jerry Mundy; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Also left to celebrate her life are many dear friends and her loving church family who brought her so much joy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother Edward Dale Mundy; and sister-in-laws Martha and Sharon Mundy.

Becky is loved by all and will never be forgotten.  A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at First United Methodist Church in Mabank, Texas on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 10:00 A.M.
